Works great. I can only use the top hole of the foot plate because of where it attached to my rack and with the pulley attached above that and where the seat and kneepad is connected to.

The actual products were freaking awesome! the fixed upper and lower pulleys with the rolling carriage runs smooth and adds a great range of workouts to my hoe gym.

I didn’t quite realize how essential these would be. They’re game changers for seated rows. They fold back to get out of the way when not in use, which is a nice touch. They would’ve super annoying otherwise. These bolt on and I reused the bottom bolt that’s holding on my cross member to the upright. I then inserted washers in the bottom bolt to even out the plate’s stance from the upright. All worked great!

Pins can’t enter holes when folded in. Installed on Rep PR5000 rack. But work great when folded out and used during low rows.
