You can return an item (main products; not including accessories) you bought within 30 days after receiving it. We will also pay the return shipping label cost. Orders outside of the USA we will not refund the cost of shipping to you.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your refund or replacement we need proof of any damage to the product.
To return your product, you should email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org for your free return shipping label.
Attach the shipping label to your box covering any old shipping labels.
Make sure the package is securely taped up so nothing will fall out in transit.
Then you will need to take it to your closest Fedex or UPS to send it back to us.
When you receive the free return label and before bringing the package to Fedex or UPS, a clear photo showing the original box has no damage and is intact is needed. Please email it to email@example.com.
Once delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 10 business days for us to issue you your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
