Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most Revolt Fitness products. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and undamaged
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • All hardware and components must be included

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied a refund.


Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • A 20% restocking fee applies if the product is not returned in its original packaging or if any hardware or components are missing
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@revoltfitness.com to request a return shipping label and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  2. Do not ship your return to the address listed on the website
  3. Once the label is applied and the box is sealed, email us a clear photo of the package showing the original box is undamaged
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest location (of the shipping company on your shipping label).

Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the label. After that, the label will be void, and the return will be closed.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Processing times by your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–7 business days.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items are final sale, sold as-is, and not covered under warranty
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • If a product you purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your order, you may request store credit for the difference (excludes Black Friday sales)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@revoltfitness.com with photos of the packaging, the product, and your packing slip. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
