Shipping

Delays can be expected in rare circumstances due to weather, natural disasters and public holidays. If any of these occur then expect delays of 1-7 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, we offer the following times for delivery:

USA - 1-5 Days (Orders placed before 6am PST will be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 6am PST will be shipping out the next day)

United Kingdom - 5-12 Days

Australia - 10-20 days

Canada - 3-12 days

Rest of the world - 2-4 Weeks

How do I track the status of my order?

Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you will be able to check the status of your order in the "Track Your Order" page.

My order has been sent. Why don't I see the tracking information?

If you did not receive the order tracking number please allow 5 business days to receive it. If you still can't locate your tracking number then please contact us immediately at support@revoltfitness.com

Returns and Refunds

30 day money back guarantee for lower 48 states, USA. For whatever reason you can ship us back your order free of charge. Your order must be in its original packaging with all items included and nothing damaged for the return to be accepted.

Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.

All Orders Outside The lower 48 states USA Can be returned if the customer pays the return shipping.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund or replacement we need proof of any damage to the product.

When you receive the free return label and before bringing the package to Fedex or UPS, a clear photo showing the original box has no damage and is intact is needed. Please email it to support@revoltfitness.com.

To initiate the return process just contact our support, support@revoltfitness.com and we will give you a free shipping label.

Attach the shipping label to your box covering any old shipping labels.

Make sure the package is securely taped up so nothing will fall out in transit.

Then you will need to take it to your closest Fedex or UPS to send it back to us.

Once delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 10 business days for us to issue you your refund.

 

What do I do if my product is damaged?

We are sorry to hear this and don't worry we will send you a replacement. Please refer to our refund policy found at the bottom of this page for your next action steps.
