How do I track the status of my order?
Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you will be able to check the status of your order in the "Track Your Order" page.
My order has been sent. Why don't I see the tracking information?
If you did not receive the order tracking number please allow 5 business days to receive it. If you still can't locate your tracking number then please contact us immediately at email@example.com
Returns and Refunds
30 day money back guarantee. For whatever reason you can ship us back your order free of charge. Your order must be in its original packaging with all items included and nothing damaged for the return to be accepted.
To initiate the return process just contact our support, firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you a free shipping label.
Attach the shipping label to your box covering any old shipping labels.
Make sure the package is securely taped up so nothing will fall out in transit.
Then you will need to take it to your closest Fedex or UPS to send it back to us.
Once delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 10 business days for us to issue you your refund.
