Hip Thrusts - Now you can use the chest support for hip thrusts by pulling out the handle allowing the seat to move freely so you can perform supported hip thrusts.

Lat Pull Downs - It can be used as a seat for lat pull downs if you combine it with our Pulley system or if you already have one.

Preacher Curls - With the flexibility of the seat you can now easily perform preacher curls for that bicep isolation.

This chest-supported attachment can be utilized for rows, flys, spider curls, shoulder press, chest press & more. This unit has four adjustment angles and can support arms, legs, head, or back for added stability during a multitude of pressing and pulling movements.
