Customer photo review of Revolt Belt squat

As an older lifter I was looking for cost effective way to better my squat without putting my back at risk with back squats. This did the trick! Easy to install on my Rogue MonsterLite rack and is a solid piece of gear. Awesome.

Customer photo review of Revolt Belt squat

Now a permanent part of my leg day workouts. As a 60 year old guy, I have to take care of my lower back, and having a bar across my shoulders for squats has been sketchy sometimes.. This is my new squat go-to equipment. Occasionally I am using it for T bar rows as well. It’s already set up, and doesn’t require me to assemble the bar in The land mine, and drag out the foot riser etc. it’s a quality piece of gear! I’m very pleased with it.

I saw this product pop up on Instagram for months and was hesitant to purchase, but after seeing the positive reviews and watching a few YouTube videos, I decided to roll the dice and bought it! I am glad I did as this has added so much to my home gym! It is very versatile and has so many different uses. Thanks Revolt!

Got this on a flash special. Great addition to a space limited, 1-car garage set up. Sturdy, versatile, and does just what it is supposed to do. Love it! Worth every penny spent!

Ver good for compact space. Solid design. I recommend this for any home gym

Customer video review of Revolt Belt squat

After suffering a lower back injury 10 years ago, I had not been able to do traditional back squats without inflicting pain. I also injured my right knee a few years ago and traditional squats would inflict pain on my patellar tendon. After using the Revolt Belt Squat, I have had absolutely zero pain. I can finally get the strength back in my legs without pain. Thank you Revolt Fitness for designing an attachment that I can easily use in my home gym.

I love this machine, in the video you see I was using heels elevated with a super squat belt, blasted the quads ( that was my second set) , so many uses for this, I have used it for sumo style squats, lunges, rows ( both single arm and both arms) RDLs, and calf raises. I recommend this to anyone who wants to add a new dimension in training

Awesome piece, works well, quick shipping, good quality. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely love this addition to my home gym. I’m 3.5 months postpartum and can only workout from home right now, so I’m glad to have options like this extension to vary my workouts.

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

One of the best addictions to my home gym

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

Super versatile piece of kit. Get a lit creative and you can not only belt squat, but also use it for bent-over rows, one-arm rows, biceps curls and with a cheap cable attachment (pictured,) triceps pressdowns and more. Awesome addition to the garage.

Customer video review of Belt squat attachment

The belt squat attachment has been a game changer! I use it 2-3 times a week in my training and I have been loving it so far. The construction is solid, it seems like it will last a lifetime, easy to attach to any upright on a rig or rack, and works well. The only suggestion I have is to add a lever to keep the attachment in place when not being used, and to be able to easily remove it when in use. Other than that, it is a great addition to my training.

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

I love the equipment!!! It gives me another way to do squats besides using the bar. I couldn’t ask for anything better and I’m happy I ran across the ad when I did.

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

I love the belt squat attachment! My only issue is that it’s a pain in the ass to get the belt on and get it off the ground. I’m just gonna have to build a stand. Other than that, it’s perfect.

Customer video review of Belt squat attachment

I bought this for more accessory work to weightlifting, and so far I love it! Thanks for being affordable and fun!!

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

The belt squats were awesome, first time using them. I made a stand out of scrap lumber and bought the Henny Belt off of Mark Bell’s website. The belt and Revolt attachment are awesome. No back pain just thigh swelling! Great price and great design.

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

Fantastic product. Well designed, easy to setup, and solidly built. A must have for anyone, especially those with a home gym.

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

The first time I used it my legs were sore for 3 days!

Customer video review of Belt squat attachment

Easy to hook up, different exercises you can do with it besides just belt squat. I thought originally I'd need a box to do the squats to reach depth bc my rig is attached higher to my wall bc of a bump out, but it turns out I can do then from the floor too just fine! A+ customer service!

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

The only issue I had was the packaging, it was poorly put together and arrived damaged once it arrived. That's the only negative...love the item and started using it the day it arrived and it is a major part of my workout program. Soooo glad and have informed my circle of how much I enjoy and utilize the Revolt belt squat lever. I have also discovered so many exercises I can accomplish with it!

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

I purchased two belt squat arms and besides belt squats, I use them for many cable exercises like leg extensions, standing leg curls (picture), double arm rows, cable flys, bicep curls, triceps curls, etc. Turns a basic rack into a full multi-exercise cable machine.

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

I had been looking for a belt squat to add to my home gym. I saw an advertisement on Instagram for the Revolt. It was exactly what I was looking for, so I ordered one. I was very impressed at how fast my order arrived. Once I set it up, it was go time! This is an awesome product and a great addition to any home gym.

I own and operate a small personal training studio in Boston and it's imperative I take into consideration both space limitations and cost when purchasing new equipment. The Revolt Belt Squat nails it on both fronts. Too, it can be used for a variety of other exercises (rows, curls, calf raises, etc) which provides a better ROI compared to more expensive brands. It's been a welcome addition to my business.

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

Great piece of equipment for the price.

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

Fit great very versatile!

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

Absolutely love it, its well made, perfect length. I do wish the weight holder was a few inches longer but thats my fault for having nothing but bumper plates. I use it for rows, curls, front squats, all it takes is a chain and a 6ft span set to really make this piece versatile.

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

My squat rack doesnt have through holes, so I bought a hinge plate at Menards and secured the Belt Squat Bar this way. It would also work for a bare stud in a garage by screwing the hinge plate to the stud. The plate was around twelve dollars.

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

Overall, it is a very good piece. It is well built and the welds are very good. A few other comments: 1. As you can see in the picture, I built a little jack out of 2x4s. Perhaps they can sell something that looks a little nicer, but it works for me. 2. The arm is attached to the rack with a thick pin, which is held in place with a sliding pin through the hole at the end of the thick pin (sort of like a cotter pin, but not really). I am a little worried that the sliding pin will pop out while I am using it, so I plan to buy a real cotter pin that will lock in place. 3. I had to buy UHMW tape to put on the inside of the belt squat where it touches the rack so I did not have any metal to metal contact. Ideally, the seller would have put UHMW pieces on the inside or maybe can do so in the next version. 4. The belt squat has a fair amount of side to side play. I have a 3x3 rack, and there is about a half inch side to side sway on each side. It's fine, but if you have a 2x3 rack, you will have even more sway. 5. The loading pin is 10 inches high. My 45 lb plates from Rep are exactly 1.5 inches in thickness. Therefore (using my plates), I'd be able to fit a max of 6 plates (or 270 lbs). If you have thin, calibrated plates, you can certainly fit more plates. Also, I found that when I stack a few 45s on top of each other, it's really hard to get a grip on them to take them off. Therefore, if I put some sort of spacer in between (like a 2.5 lb plate, which mine are about a half inch thick), you'd probably only get five 45s on the loading pin. Alternatively, you can put a piece of foam in between just to give you a little something to grip on to. 6. I bought two carabiners that I put through the hole to connect to my squat belt. I guess I don't need two (one connected to the other), but it gives me a little bit more room to work with when I am attaching my dip belt. I own a relatively cheap dip belt from Amazon and the chain is supposedly rated at 300 lbs, so I should be fine. I may get a thicker chain, though. 7. The fit and finish of the piece is very good. As mentioned above, the welds are above average. There are no sharp edges. The nameplate is laser cut, which is very attractive. The powder coat is above average, too. All in all, it is very well made.

Outstanding quality and performance, great value ,Thank you!!!

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

Ive been experiencing a lot of problems with my lower back and now after using the squat attachment, Im pain free and able to squat more weight than doing the traditional squat. Cant wait until my next leg day.

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

Great belt squat attachment! Most cost effective way to get in belt squats in my garage facility. The only other options are either much more expensive, takes up too much space, or doesnt fit with my rack (I have a 2x2 and it still fits). Definitely going to need some thinner plates to load it up more, but otherwise Im incredibly satisfied with the purchase!

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

Looks and works great. Great value.

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

I've been bodybuilding for many years. This belt squat attachment is the best thing ever. The movement is just perfect for quads and glutes. It can be used just by standing on the floor which already allows for low reps. I've also used it with 2 pedestals to allow for an even greater range of motion. I can also go to failure every time and don't need a spotter. Thanks Revolt Fitness. I truly love it

Customer photo review of Belt squat attachment

Very good but feels light

Love it. Perfect for belt squats, takes the stress off my back and I'm able to lift much heavier.

Love it.

Great addition!

I highly recommend the Revolt Belt Squat 1.0. I no longer have to hurt my back by doing bar squats. The Revolt Belt Squat is a game-changer at an affordable price.

Very good product
