FAQ
How long does it take to take weight on and off?
We would describe it like loading and unloading a barbell. You just rest it on the floor take out the pin, slot in as many plates as you need, then push the pin back in and it's ready to go!
Can I use my own plates?
Due to the way it's shaped in order to maximise the amount of weight it could take we had to design special plates so a regular 5 lb plate likely will not fit it.
But 2.5-pound plates from any company will fit as long as they do not exceed 0.75" wide and have a 2" hole.
Will it hurt my wrist when doing overhead presses or cleans?
Nope, we've carefully designed it so it feels just like a regular kettlebell when pressing overhead.
